The UGA E-Rate simplifies the billing process for students enrolled in UGA online programs.   The E-rate tuition structure incorporates a rate per credit hour fee.  Please know, however, that the University will also charge the technology, institutional, and green fees per semester (not per credit hour) as separate line items and these fees cannot be waived.    These fees are not rolled into the new E-rate, but will appear on your bill as separate line items. The following is an estimate of expenses for one class. These costs are subject to change. This cost outline may not include tuition hikes, fees for books, parking fees, or other student fees. This is a sample calculation of fees.
