Upcoming Courses Offerings

Prior to the start of a given semester, students should review the table below and identify the courses in which they wish to enroll. Students must contact the UGA Regulatory Affairs Department and advise the department of the course selections. Upon review, you will be cleared to register through the Athena System. Failure to contact the Regulatory Affairs Office will result in the inability to register for classes.

Below is a list of courses that is scheduled to be taught. Keep in mind that this schedule can change.

(3 semester hrs): These courses are for advance Masters students.

*There is a minimum of 5 student enrollment for each class. If less than 5 students enroll in a given course, the Regulatory Affairs Office reserves the right to cancel the class for that semester.

**The PHAR 6020 and 6030 courses cannot be taken in conjunction with PHAR 6010. PHAR 6020 and 6030 may only be taken ONCE PHAR 6010 has been successfully completed by the student.

***PHAR 6200 must be successfully completed before a student can enroll in PHAR 6210.

Use of Credit Hours

Reminder about the use of your academic credit hours at the University of Georgia:

1) Time Limit - Like all graduate credit hours, there is a Time Limit on the credit hours you accumulate. All requirements for a master’s degree must be completed within six years beginning with the first registration for courses, including the Certificate Program courses, on the student’s program of study. An extension of time may be granted only on conditions beyond the control of the student, grad.uga.edu/index.php/current-students/policies-procedures/academics/types-of-degrees-offered/masters-degrees/.

2) Course and resident credit used to satisfy the requirements of one degree cannot be used to satisfy the requirements of another degree. For additional information on this Graduate School policy, please visit grad.uga.edu/index.php/current-students/policies-procedures/academics/use-of-credit/.
